created a gourmet kitchen, sweet back porch and
glamorous master suite with focus on practical
function, ease of circulation and just plain beauty.

The RareDESIGN deal was sealed after they
reviewed
my on-site sketch for improving the curb
appeal. This
underachiever of a house had been
modified throughout
the years with an apartment added
and an industrial family
room. Upon reordering the
facade
we moved inside
creating
a pleasing flow with
a focus on
the now awesome family
room (the family
was growing at the time) and
open fabulous
kitchen.
The project was such a success
that they added
even
another son to the brood as well as a second floor!
Lucynda has a great "eye" for the potentials of new and existing spaces and her creativity and vision of what was possible for our project sparked our imagination as to the broader palate of architectural design options.

We sought to make the entrance warm and friendly. Her initial design captured precisely what we were after.
